Formline Group executed the complete transformation of this existing government office block into a thriving, state of the art workplace to become Tamworth’s leading office accommodation location. Major relocations and refurbishments were also undertaken within the building for the Department of Education, Department of Primary Industries and Department of Environment & Planning.
A multi-million dollar complex housing nine tenants including a GP superclinic, pharmacy, childcare centre, imaging, pathology & café, Formline Group managed the construction of this three story modern masterpiece including internal fitouts & furniture, from design through to completion. The project was selected as a finalist in two categories for the UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards For Excellence 2019.
Harvey Norman is Australia’s leading retailer of furniture, bedding, computers, communications and consumer electrical products. Formline Group were selected to undertake the Tamworth store major makeover, including construction of a new modern façade, redesign of warehouse and interior retail floor space and the upgrade of customer parking. Smooth coordination and supervision of all sub-contractors and personnel involved ensured the project was completed on time, within budget and to exacting quality standards.
The Australian Red Cross is a leading humanitarian aid and community services charity. Formline Group was the selected fitout contractor for this eye catching modern medical facility in Tamworth. The project involved detailed solid and glazed partitions, ceilings and bulkheads, Dibond feature wall panelling, timber and glass feature panels and bespoke custom joinery.
