PRDnationwide Tamworth engaged Formline to refit the downstairs office to accommodate the new staff joining us following our merger with Tamworth Management Services. We required the entire project to be planned and completed within a reasonable short timeframe with a key requirement that the office could still function on a day to day basis while the work was being performed.
Formline were able to meet all of these requirements, planning out the refit in a two phase process so that one area of the office could be completed before the second area commenced. This allowed business to continue “as usual” and the refit was completed within the agreed timeframe.
From the planning and design stage through to construction and completion, Formline were a pleasure to work with. Belinda provided great advice in relation to the interior design aspects whilst the foreman Rod kept the communication flowing during the construction phase to ensure the various tradesman were in the right place at the right time and that we were kept well informed of progress along the way. Lester provided us with comfort that the job would be done within the timeframe agreed and to the standard required and provided the right level of overview throughout all phases of the project.

I wanted to email you to advise you of the fantastic team at Formline that I had the pleasure of working with over the past few months. Charles was always accommodating and helpful while the decisions were made in the selection of the type of workstations, colouring and changes to the layout at the last minute. He was upfront on what could or couldn’t be achieved rather than saying that something could be delivered when in fact it couldn’t, this is an accolade to Formline as there is nothing worse than being promised something and it not being delivered.
Dave and Richie as installers of the workstations and furniture were brilliant. Dave was meticulous with every detail and more than happy to assist me with the little extras that I needed done. He was also happy to offer advice when and if I asked for it on what his thoughts were on the placement of the furniture that we ordered. Richie also assisted when I required the extra tasks and nothing was too much for him to help, especially with some of the heavier equipment I needed help with.
When a few things didn’t go as expected the communication and resolution was completed in haste to ensure the outcome was positive for UNE.

The Wellington Aboriginal Corporation Health Service first worked with Formline Group in the outfitting of an office in Tamworth for one of our programs. This outfitting was a major overhaul, which started with the reshaping of the interior office space and finishing with a full fitout of all the rooms. The whole process ran very smoothly, we were kept informed every step of the way, and any changes we made were carried out without any issues.
In 2015 we received funding to reopen a residential rehabilitation centre in Moree. Whilst the existing building was in place, it required a total fitout inside. This fitout ranged from offices, kitchens, bedrooms, group rooms, lounge rooms, laundries, conference room and gymnasium, together with the replacement of some doors and fitting of security screens to all external doors and windows.
This was a huge endeavour with significant time constraints and deadlines.
Formline Group were once again with us in this project. As with government funding, we had to work on a strict budget and Formline Group were able to do this by sourcing a variety of options which enabled the project dimensions to be realised within the budget.
If it wasn’t for the resourcefulness of Formline Group, it is doubtful that we would have been able to meet our opening date, having to source everything from a variety of suppliers in rural and remote locations is both time consuming and challenging. The overall project management by Formline Group resulted in a coordinated and extremely well time managed process which relieved WACHS of the burden of “getting the job done”.
We would not hesitate to recommend Formline Group to anyone and would look at using their services in the future should the need arise.
